Both Bear Soles & Honey Soles have a low arch profile. They're designed to help with things like posture and alignment. They also help with over-pronation which is the leading cause of plantar fasciitis. If you already have plantar fasciitis, these may be a corrective solution, but we recommend an evaluation with a podiatrist.

Honey Soles:
A great part about Honey Soles is that they're naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. The top cork layer wicks away sweat. But sometimes, they do get dirty. If you see your Honey Soles beginning to get dirty (especially if you like to walk around barefoot), simply remove them from your shoes and scrub them with a damp paper towel. You can also use a light application of hand soap to help in some cases. Honey Soles are very easy to clean.

Bear Soles:
If you see your Bear Soles beginning to get dirty, simply remove them from your shoes and treat the wool with a brush or comb. You can also use a spray bottle to put on a light application of water before brushing the fur. Bear Soles are very easy to clean.

Both Bear Soles & Honey Soles are designed to last 1-3 years with moderate use and proper care.

Honey Soles are full-length insoles that span 1.5 sizes per pair to accommodate variations in industry shoe sizes. You may need to trim your insoles to fit your footwear. Please see our sizing chart for instructions.

Honey Soles and Bear Soles are inserted into the shoe, replacing your current shoe insoles. They fit best in footwear with removable insoles.

It may take a little time to get used to the feeling of having a pair of new insoles in your shoes. Both Bear Soles & Honey Soles are designed to mold to the shape of your feet over time. Start by wearing them for 1-2 hours the 1st day, 2-3 the next day until your feet are accustomed to them all day long. While it my take some time to adjust, the process should not be painful. If you’re experiencing pain, remove them and go back to the manufacturer’s insoles. We accept returns!
